David A. Minami, a 10-year veteran of the FBI is the Assistant Legal Attaché for Cyber matters in the FBI’s Tel Aviv, Israel post. 

Mr. Minami entered on duty as a Special Agent in 2007.  Upon completion of training at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, he was assigned to the San Francisco Field Office, where he primarily worked Criminal investigations.  In 2014, Mr. Minami transferred to the Cyber Division, where he specialized in Cyber National Security matters. 

Prior to joining the FBI, Mr. Minami worked in the investment management industry.  Mr. Minami holds a BA from Cornell University, and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
