After holding several management positions in the IT field, ranging from infrastructure to ERP, Jamal was appointed the first Group CISO at Essilor where he created the information security management on a global scale. At the head of this sector, he leads a team of CISOs located in different countries.

In addition to his functions in security, he is also in charge of IT Quality governance and the management of acquisition information systems integration programs from the due diligence to the complete integration.

He is a board member of the CESIN (Club des experts de la sécurité de l'information et du numérique in France) and holds a Master degree in Science & Technology and General Management.
