Dr. Kfir Luzzatto, president of The Luzzatto Group, is the fourth generation of his family to work in intellectual property. The firm that Kfir heads was founded by his great-grandfather in Milan, Italy in 1869 and transferred to Israel more than 40 years ago.

Kfir was born in Italy to a family with roots dating back to Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzatto, a prominent Italian-Jewish scholar, kabbalist, and philosopher. Kfir moved to Israel at age 17, entered the army, and served in the Shiryon unit (today, Kfir holds the rank of Major and continues to do reserve duty)
