
Mark Goodman is Managing Director of MassMutual Ventures. MMV is the venture capital arm of MassMutual Financial Group, which is an international provider of insurance, retirement and asset management services with approximately $650B AUM. Mark’s investment areas include Fintech, Cybersecurity and Data Analytics. His MMV investments include Recorded Future, Tamr, Tuition.io, and CyberGRX.
Prior to MMV, Mark was the Founder of Terawatt Ventures, a venture capital firm focusing on technology innovation in sustainability, cybersecurity and hardware. He began his career in venture capital in 2004 when he co-founded Brookline Venture Partners. His investments there included NitroSecurity (acquired by McAfee) and Volicon (acquired by Verizon). Mark began his career at First Chicago (now part of Chase), where he gained broad experience in corporate finance, capital markets and credit analysis.
Mark holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Emory University, an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and an MA and PhD in Philosophy from Boston College.
