Mr. Blatman is leading the Cyber & Information Security directorate of MAMAN division at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI). Mr. Blatman is responsible for IAI's Cyber Defense Center, Cyber technologies within IAI's IT infrastructure, Cyber Forensics and Research lab. Prior to his current role, Mr. Blatman Co-Founded Thalamus HLS, a Cyber security & HLS solutions startup. Mr. Blatman participated in Cyber innovation forums and developed high-end cyber technologies and methodologies.

Mr. Blatman holds a BA in Management, BA in Computer Sciences and many technological certifications.
