Omri Timianker is the founder of I-OTT and Cobwebs Technologies. Began his way in the IDF special forces and Israeli secret services where he was one of the pioneers of tactical SIGINT operations.

Since 2005, Omri has been an entrepreneur in technological intelligence solutions. After founding I-OTT, a rapidly growing company which modus operandi is establishing intelligence units for governments around the globe, Omri brought a new approach of tactical WEBINT to the classical big data intelligence, and founded Cobwebs Technology, an R&D company which introduces an innovative technology and approach to the world of AI web intelligence.
