Executive Director of Capacity Building Division at the Israel National Cyber Directorate.
Ruth held executive positions in IBM and the IDF (as Colonel in the 8200 Intelligence unit), and has a rich background in both strategy setting and complex project management in the high-tech domain.
Ruth was the Head of IDF’s intelligence corps “Relocation to NEGEV (Beer Sheva) ”  Program.
She was recognized as one of the top 50 most influential women in Israel in 2010 by Globes magazine.
Ruth holds a MSc in Operational Research and a BSc in Mathematics from Tel Aviv University.
