Yodfat Harel Buchris.  is an Investor, strategic consultant and an independent director in public companies such as: Israel Discount Bank, Protalix Biotherapeutics Ltd.  Commencing in February 2014, Mrs. Harel Buchris serves as the employer representative in Israel’s National Labor Court.  From 2006 to 2013, Mrs. Harel Buchris served as a Managing Director of Tamares Capital Ltd., Prior to joining Tamares Capital, from 2004 to 2006, she was the Head of the Medical Desk of Orbotech, Ltd. Prior to that, from 1994 to 2003, she was a Managing Director of Harel-Hertz Investment House Ltd., a business investment company with offices in Tel Aviv, Israel and Tokyo, Japan.  In 2002. Mrs. Harel Buchris has served on the board of directors of Eltek Ltd, Tamares Group Companies, El Al, British Israel, Storewiz, N-trig, Secure Pharma, Siklu.  Mrs. Harel Buchris holds a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from Bar Ilan University and an executive M.B.A. from Bradford University, Great Britain.  She has also completed an advance business program (Maoz) in Harvard Business School in addition programs in Mitigation and Business Mitigation Directors at Gome Center. Mrs. Harel Buchris is involved in several national non-profit organizations such as Maoz leadership programs (director).
